Asda Supermarket St Leonards on Sea

Next time you go shopping at Asda. Look out for our food collection area by the tills. We have a large box which people use to donate cat and dog food that they can give us towards the animals in our care. If you have any unwanted food or can pop an extra tin in your shopping we will be so grateful. The dog rehoming lady also uses it to support people that have difficulty through finances keeping their dogs fed.

We also have a dog collection box that has been named "Sweetie" by the children and, it seems to have stuck with that name.  Please continue to support us with your pennies.

A big thank you goes to Wendy in Customer Liason who has been a wonderful help to us since taking us on board as a supported charity.

Black DSH male, 10 years old approx.Jingles is a sweet, gentle lad with different coloured eyes, making him very unique. He can be a little shy initially, but when used to his surroundings, gains in confidence and enjoys a gentle fuss. He would make a good companion cat and would ideally prefer one-on-one attention or a calm, quiet household where he can be himself and develop his loving character. He would also like to be the only pet of the household. Provisional Reserve
Tortie DLH female, 10 1/2 years old.Bootzie is an elegant looking girl who would suit a quiet and calm house with no other pets, she would benefit from a routine to help her settle. Bootzie is shy and unsure of new people. She needs an owner who understands that it may take her a long time to become comfortable in a new home. She is very affectionate on her terms, she like to rub round your legs and hands. We have found she likes to be the one to make contact with us, but can panic when she is touched in return if she's not expecting it.
DSH Black female, 5-6 years old. Hettie is a very beautiful girl with a stunning jet-black coat. She is looking for a home where she will enjoy plenty of outdoor access but can also benefit from home comforts and general ongoing care. Hettie can be affectionate and playful but remains unpredictable as she has an independent side, so she would suit a home where she can choose the comfort of indoors or explore the outdoors in a large garden or small holding. She requires an experienced cat owner who can work with her behavioral problems. With time she may possibly become more settled with her new owners and will require attention on her own terms. She is very sensitive to sudden movements and noise within the home, so would be best in a quiet environment without other cats or young children.
